Up for a new challenge? We’ve got one for you. Whether you’re just getting into the swing of this fitness thing, or you’re pretty active, this will be a pretty fun challenge. It’s very simple.
Beginner Level: Put on your walking shoes and meet the step goal of 10,000 steps at least ONCE a week.
Moderate Level: Kick up the pace and meet the step goal of 10,000 steps at least twice a week.
Advanced Level: Challenge yourself and meet the step goal of 10,000 steps at least 4 times a week.
Extreme Level (Double the fun) : Better have on your best walking kicks, because you need to meet the step goal of 20,000 steps 6 days of the week.
You should keep tabs on your progress, feel free to even share with us! If you’re not sure how you could do that, you can consider the FitBit app (our preferred option) or the Runtastic app (if that works better for you). Both of these work pretty well as pedometers and you can see how you’re doing. These are available on both Android and iOS.
