So October has passed and hopefully we all did a lot of walking over the course of the month. Thank you for participating in October’s challenge! Not all the challenges will be centered around walking, and this month’s challenge is all about food. This is especially a good month to do so too. We all know at the end of this month, we may be helping ourselves to an extra plate or two, so let’s earn it by eating healthier through this month of November.
The goal of this month’s challenge is to eat healthy or healthier than we have before. Exercise is only one part of the equation, what fuel we put in is another. The goal of this challenge is to increase the amount of healthy food we put in our bodies this month. And here are the levels
Beginner Level: Eat 1 healthier meal or snack a day and snap a picture of you eating it. By day 5 (can be Friday, Saturday or Sunday) eat two meals that are healthier (breakfast/lunch, breakfast/dinner, lunch/dinner).
Moderate Level: Eat 2 healthier meals or snacks a day and snap a picture of you eating it. By day 5 (can be Friday, Saturday or Sunday) eat three full meals that are healthier (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
Advanced Level: Eat 3 healthier meals or snacks a day and snap a picture of you eating it. By day 5 let’s work on your metabolism. Eat 5 small size meals through out the day (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner). Portion control is important.
