December #WINChallenge: Gym Pride!

We’ve all seen it. Some of us do it quite often, others on the regular. What is it? The gym selfie! We all while working out, may stop and think we are looking good right now and snap that picture to share, and why not! Working out should make you feel and look good, you should revel in your accomplishments. If you are putting in the work, yes enjoy the spoils. That is if you are putting in the work.

This month’s #WINChallenge is all about celebrating the work you put it. We’re not talking about taking a selfie when your in the gym and just hanging out, we are talking about taking a picture once you completed a great work out session. So the challenge is as follows. We want to see you when you have completed a workout. Not before but at the end of your session, take a pictures and share it on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram with the hashtag #WINChallenge. When you upload this pictures we also want to see a description of what you accomplished during that session. This isn’t limited to just the gym. If you went for a walk (*cough..#WalkItNation..cough), run, swim, was lifting weights, boxing, or other we want to see it! Now since we break down our challenges is different levels so all can join in where they fell comfortable, here are the levels below.

JanelleSelfie Beginner Level: Workout once a week and share a selfie after the workout with a description of what you accomplished during that session. How many miles you walk/ran, what did you lift, what did you do.

Moderate Level: Workout 2-3x times a week and share a selfie after the workout with a description of what you accomplished during that session. How many miles you walk/ran, what did you lift, what did you do.

Advanced Level (Gym Rat Status): Workout 4-6x times a week and share a selfie after the workout with a description of what you accomplished during that session. How many miles you walk/ran, what did you lift, what did you do.

If this the perfect challenge on the best possible day to get started on. Today is a literally a trifeacta of beginning points. It’s a Monday first of the week, it is the 1st of the month of December, and it is a first day back after the turkey day holiday eating. It’s time to get a early jump on those new years resolutions. Why wait for January, get into the groove now!
